Getting Started –
- Before starting any styling service, I will need to understand more about your vision, budget and specific needs/goals for this project. Once you have selected your preferred service package, you will receive a welcome packet with a questionnaire and any applicable pre-design documents to complete. This information will help me to create an intentional design plan that will work for your space and lifestyle.
- Accurate measurements and photographs of the room, and any existing furniture that you intend to implement into the design, will need to be provided before any furniture layout/floor plans can be created on your behalf.
General Info –
- All listed styling services are virtual design, meaning that no physical products will be supplied. All boards, samples, and floor plans rendered will be provided to you electronically. You will be responsible for implementation of the designs or for hiring a local tradesperson.
- Open concept design are not included in single room services (ie. living and dining areas are priced separately).
- Shopping lists provide non-commissionable links. Please note that availability and pricing may vary by vendor. A Finished Touch does not endorse nor can make any guarantees for any suggested third-party retailers.
- All drawings/floorplans are intended for styling concepts only and should not be used as blueprints or construction documents. Please work with a trusted general contractor to approve/implement any construction details, to ensure compliance with local
building codes.
Pricing & Timing –
- All projects and services under $300 are payable in full prior to project.
- Delivery window begins once your signed contract has been accepted and all pre-design documentation has been received by A Finished Touch.
- Kitchen/bathroom layouts, multi-room or non-residential designs are considered custom projects. Please contact me to discuss custom pricing prior to purchasing a service.
Revisions & Cancellations –
- Cancellations requests must be in writing, and submitted within 48 hours of initial payment (no refunds will be issued after this window or after any virtual design services have been delivered).
- Any applicable requests for revisions must be submitted, in writing, within 1 week (7 calendar days) of service package delivery.
